Complaint

I booked a flight with this company all they did was take my money I do not get any flight details just an emails saying they will get back to within 72hrs, despite all my efforts of trying to contact them they never responded, on my travelling day which is today I called booking.com cause they work together and they gave the contact number when I call them, they just tell me that my booking wasn't confirmed I should wait for my refund in 3 to 5 day, I mean whaaaat an insult this is no attempt to help book another or priorities my money so I can book another flight or anything they just shush me like I do not matter.

So if anyone can do anything about this company please cause we can't suffer like this.... anyone who can help me please contact me on my email ***
