Catastrophic service. Stay away!

I booked a trip to Orlando with Swiss back with Air Canada via mytrip. Here probably the auto correction has entered my ****en name. Now I want to change my name. Although mytrip in their terms and conditions 3.5. indicates to make a name change, if the respective airlines allow this (Swiss and Canada do it according to telephone consultation you booked directly) mytrip refuses to change the name and informs me that I have mine Cancel booking without receiving a refund. The matter will probably land with the lawyer. Never book again with mytrip!
