BOOKING CANCELLATIONS NOT AN OPTION - ONCE YOU BOOK YOU BOOK......

To all those that wants to book with these people - we urge you not to at all, very bogus company, Number does not work, only chat with a help assist automated Robot at the back end. We tried to cancel our booking a month earlier and was told we got a policy of 100 % CANCELLATION FEE which we were not notified about, and then we suggested to move the booking to a later date and was told they could i assist and when they did we were charged more than the initial amount we booked our first trip. this was only the solution they could give and the robot keeps kicking our conversation out and then once back we start all over. THIS IS UN ACCEPTABLE ....feels like a dirty **** - i think all airlines should de-associate themselves from this company - soils your names. Flight Ref Number MMPQLJ
