Beware of MyTrip

Never book any airtickets with this dogy company. I paid for a flexiticket but when wanting to change the flight was charged more that if I bought an entirely new ticket. Indian company and very obstructive if one tries to dispute the so called service they offer. Avoid at all costs. What is the role of these booking agents anyway ?
