Bad Service - Use Mytrip at your own risk

I mistakenly booked a flight from Johannesburg to Harare instead of the other way round. The rules did not allow for rerouting the ticket but reschedules to a future date. My trip agents gave me a run around when I tried to reschedule the ticket. Their excuses included amongst others: “we have a system error, please contact us later”, “no flights seats are available on the date you want” (these dates are in 2024 by the way), no direct flights available, you will have to connect via Vic Falls to Harare. Whenever I made a choice from the options presented by them and requested them to finalise the flight reschedule, the excuses continued until the time period you are allowed to reschedule the flight lapsed.
