Bad service

Hi This company is a ****. Booked tickets through them and the airline rescheduled my flight for 5 days later, this company could not accommodate the change and they cancelled my booking with my request but now its been almost 3 weeks and the only explanation they are giving me for the refund is that they are waiting for the airline. This is not acceptable as when they wanted payment then we had to make payment as soon as possible.
