Avoid MyTrip like the plague

Avoid this company like the plague! They did not refund the money within the agreed time despite the airline refunding them the money almost immediately after the flight was cancelled. After trying to contact MyTrip on numerous occasions to get my money back, telephone and email with no success I contacted my bank for help to recover the money. After this I received a partial refund with MYTrip saying I could receive the difference if I told my bank the matter had been resolved! Stay away from this company, pay the small extra and book direct with the airlines. They are a **** at worst or totally unprofessional at best.
