What was presented is not at what is deducted or expected.

We have been misinformed in the presentation on the figures or amount to be paid for joining MyTravelution. On the first debit, we realized things are not as communicated or presented. We tried contacting them at the time to no avail and eventually we were informed to send an email for cancellation which did not get a reply and now they are demanding money from us after deposit of R2799 + R1595 debit and we didnt even use the services or free vouchers provided for the fear of the financial burden this can have on us based on the miscommunication.
