Unhappy and disappointed client

I had a bad experience with this travel agency, since 2022 I have been waiting for my refund because I have canceled their contract day after our presentation with them, they deducted the money that we did not agree on.I did send an email for cancelation and they agreed to refund me and they sent an email for me to send through my banking details but until to this far I'm still waiting.
