Un satisfied with Mytravelution

On 23 February 2021 my husband and I went to a presentation in Bloemfontein. We were told that we need to sign up the same night because offer wiil expire at 24h00. We ask the the consultant if wee can canel at any time because my husband and I need to duscuss. YES ANYTIME was the answer that we received, because are already with a holiday club. We cancelled and to date we are struggling to get our deposit of R5000.00 back which we had to pay immediately. The guaranteed holiday that was promised when they made the booking for the presentation we also never received. The rating star must also be grey. The keep in phoning met to try ti convince my to change my mind. Cannnot repect our decision., and just pay back our deposit.
