Terrible Customer service and what was presented was never delivered.

Horrible customer service and mixed information every time you call their customer care.

I have joined this agency having high expectation and excitement that finally there is a an travel agency that cares about the community and which has reasonable quotes, little did i know that all that was promised at the presentation was nothing but just words. Even today i am still struggling to cancel my contract and the staff that has been assisting me so far have been rude and unwilling to assist efficiently. I have to do all follow ups by myself .They are not bothered as to giving me feedback as promised and still have the nerve to act as though they are doing me a favour. Basically I believe i have given money to people who are not bothered. I have received better service from my previous travel agency.

My advise to anyone who wants to join please make sure you read through the contract before signing anything. Do not feel pressured as they're always in a rush to sign you up. Rather take your time go through every single thing and see if you'd still want to sign that contract.
