Refusing to Refund
Signed up their membership and cancelled with 5 day. The lady called Faranaaz said we not entitled to our R25000 refund because we made an enquiry, which means we have used their services. I have lodged a complaint to the ombudsman.
If you get called that you need to collect free travelling tickets, just Run.
