Not paying me my refund
Signed up with them with the promise that I can cancel within 5 business days of joining if I am not happy with their service and deals, needless to say that I was unhappy.
I returned the marketing documents etc to their sales agents and they promised in an email that I will receive my R5 000 refund but there is a queue. It has now been 4 months and still nothing, they don't even answer the emails I have sent.
I really hope that I can get this resolved.

May I enquire as to when this refund will be processed?
I feel it is somewhat unfair as I asked for a couple of days to think about the proposal and was told that I had to commit and pay on the same evening of the presentation but more than 4 months later I still have not been paid back.
