Thank you for easy dealings with your staff. I am always surprise how eager they are to assist me with my travel. Traveling is stressful and worse when things go wrong, but your planning and detailed feedback helps a lot. I do ask for many options and I know its extra work, but no one complains and they send me options even if I do not always book. I thought you guys deserved this compliment
