Mytravelution = Mydisappointment

I have been trying to get my refund from Mytravelution since December 2020 without any success. When I followed up on 21 January 2021 I was told that my request was "in queue for refund". I followed up again on 17 February 2021 and they were still awaiting feedback from the finance department and also that they are short staffed. I am getting the feeling that I, like so many others am going to wait for a very long time for my money. I am so disappointed in this company. People please read reviews before before signing up.
