Mytravelution agents misleading

On presentation: 1. You are rushed to sign. Everything is harsh harsh especially on the team with one Xhosa gentleman from Port Elizabeth. Super energetic and speaks afrikaans well. 2. You get mislead about somethings. Like: a.. The money for membership. They say you pay the joining fee over certain no of months. What they mean is that they take all the cash from your account (credit card) at once, and you pay the bank that amount by putting the whole amount on budget. Doing that, they will be making sure that they get all your attention. b. The vouchers they give you, they tell you it's for holiday, anytime, anywhere where in their listed places. What they dont tell you is that the voucher is for your extra guest that you will bring along. You still have to make and pay for your booking, so basically the voucher serves no purpose.

The office when you call are friendly and helpful, but that doesnt help when their agents are out there not being honest. Their interest is having people sign up. They dont care about clients. They dont value relationships.

Im.sure there are many who were mislead, just dont have energy or know how of complaining.
