My Travelution from Hell!!!

What an horrific experience. We have been canceling our membership for 12 consecutive months now and they simply refuse to cancell our membership. This is after we paid a large i think R5,000 jlining fee and was promised by the sales person that if we gave him leads of clients that he waoukd call and get them to sign up so that we got free offers and or did not have to pay the monthly few. All which never happened. And still we paid the monthly membership fir the required 2 full years, and then thereafter we have been trying to cancell the membership for another 12 months but still not cancelled. This is absolutely ridiculous and I would suggest that no one ever sign up because they will never let you go. 😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞What am absolute nightmare. I am going to fnb and giving them the cancellation email from April 2024 and asking them to credit the 12 ******* payments they have kept taking while refusing to cancell my membership.
