my Travelution - be careful before you sign up
We recently signed up and boy were we in for a surprise. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions before you sign the agreement!

My partner and I signed up stupidly on 07/10 and cancelled on 15/10.
Jolene advised we have to cancel within 20 days from the cancellation date therefore if we don't honor the debit order due on 1/11/2020 the agreement will not be cancelled.
This is not how it was explained to us on the day we signed up.
As per the contract, the first payment is due on 01/12/2020.
Please refer me to someone else for assistance as I do not want to deal with Jolene.

We waisted R4500 by signing up, gave notice to terminate the agreement on 15/10 - now we are held accountable for payment in the next month before the cancel!!!! This is nonsense.....

We gave notice to cancel as per the agreement but now we told before they cancel the agreement we must pay the d/o that is due on 1 Dec-2020. This is after they insisted we must pay a d/o due 1 Nov-20. We fully understand the Acknowledge of Authority and no where in the contract does it state our account must be debited before the agreement can be terminated! When enquiring this with my Travelution the response is 'i can seek legal advice and All is stated under Acknowledge of Authority '
We made a huge mistake to sign up on this and lost R4500 in the process - now they expecting more money from us when we already gave notice to cancel!
