<div>Be very careful of this company. We attended a meeting in July 2020. We initially received a call to say you have been selected for a free holiday. We specifically asked if we were going to be asked to join something. The answer was 'no'. We decided to go. Right from the start we realized that the first lie had been told. They were wanting us to join and pay an activation fee. We had recently enquired about a cruise so we knew how much this would cost us. We spoke to the agent and he went and got us a quote which was half the price we had been quoted. Naturally we thought well it was worth joining. We were told we could register on their site but we would only be able to use it after a week. According to their support you can start using them straight away. Our account was only activated after one week. So 2 lies so far. We then found out the cooling off period was 5 days. We asked for a quote after a week. Our biggest surprise then came, the quote was close to what we would have paid in the first place. So the agent blatantly **** to us. I said to the agent at the meeting if what you are telling us is wrong then we shall cancel and ask for a refund. We have asked for a refund but they are refusing to pay us back. They also did not send out their service agreement which was supposed to happen. I received the agreement over 3 weeks after we were at the meeting. Again support said it was sent out straight away. We have all the emails from them and there is no email about the service agreement. As I mentioned at the beginning be careful. Start getting quotes in the first couple of days to check the savings.</div>
