I did get my money back...

I was very conflicted but a deal is a deal and I did agree to delete my previous posts if I got my money back. So the posts are now deleted as the initiation fee was paid back into my account today. But it wasn't without a fight, lots of emails, phone calls and a complaint lodged at the CGSO and the matter is settled. However I have to complement Faranaaz Moller for staying professional and polite and always trying to defuse the situation and putting up with my temper tantrums. I take my hat off to to you as I am sure I am not the only one! I have to leave this advice for anyone that are considering signing any direct marketing deal. READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE COMMUTING! I am sure that there are people that could benefit from Mytravelution's but it wasn't for me. Some Facts: Your right to cancel direct marketing contracts within the cooling-off period • Suppliers are required to include a ‘cooling-off period’ in direct marketing transactions – cooling-off periods generally span five (5) business days. • Consumers have the right to cancel agreements within the cooling-off period, without providing reasons or incurring penalties for doing so. • Suppliers are required to return payments received from consumers, within 15 business days of receiving the cancellation notice.

Dear Nico S

The above information is in the member pack that all of our members receive the day they join. You were always going to get a refund, this was communicated to you from day one.  Our company shuts down every year over December because our hard working staff deserve a break.
Kind Regards
