Disappointed

I signed up with Mytravelution in November 2020. I signed under immense pressure by the consultants and less then 24 hours later I decided to cancel. I felt confident as there was a 5 day cooling off period stated in the contract. Since that day, i have send numerous emails and received empty promises on my refund. I have it in writing where i was promised my refund to reflect by 12 March 2021. I have not received a cent. I feel cheated by this and would like to ward others to be weary before signing as the consultants are extremely persuasive and it is not easy getting a refund, if ever. I am disappointed in the service and empty promises received.
