Brilliant Office Administration!

I have had many queries, questions, favours and otherwise requests that I sent through to the My Travelution office regularly, and have in every occasion been assisted with great dilligence and courtesy from two specific individuals, namely: Hannelie Jacobs (Head of Member Services) Lucas from the Cape Town call centre (my assigned assistant). They spoke to me in my own language, were always friendly, full of helpful advice, and ready to help with all my needs and contact-loading among other things.
