Try as one may, you hit a wall with them!!

Judging from how difficult it is to call them, I cringe at the thought of needing them to fix anything.

Their sales team contacted our offices, I tried calling them repeatedly to only have the call drop everytime, no matter if it's from the office line or from my cellphone or home line. For a telecoms company, their phone system if so broken? Or business is too good that they just don't care anymore.
