Redemption

At the advent of our relationship with Mytelnet we had just experienced a fire in our old offices and were in need of a new PABX system and communications service provider. At the inception of our relationship we found the company to be very accomodating. Thereafter we had problems with telephony and these were periodic and increasing...obviously we blamed them and complained vociferously, but through it all a professional and client centered attitude was maintained and upon the culmination of the issue resolution we have since not had any problems. The service received from Mytelnet is exemplary not because of its perfection (which it isn't) but because of the consistent care and professionalism that they exude even in the most dire of circumstances. Tasha Moonsamy in particular has not failed to call periodically to ensure our consistent satisfaction. While the road has been fraught with difficulty, my guess is without their professionalism and client centered attitude, we may have not made it to where we are now. Thank You Mytelnet
