Poor service delivery -Mytel net

This telecommunication service provider has given the company I work for he'll. We have not telephobe lines and internet connection for the past few days. When contacting the service provider in question, we were told that the fault is in our side and not there and this is a reply after over 10 telephone calls and numerous emails to them. We were told that we interfered with the telephone lines and internet cables causing 8t to malfunction and that they will not help us. They said that we must pay them a callout fee fir a technician to come through to sort out our problem, which we did not cause. When they assessed the problem on their side, they see that there is a fault in their side but still refused to help us until we got our legal department to contact them. This company says that for the weeks that we have been without internet connection and telephone lines, they will credit our account with a measly amount of R100. This company seems to pride themselves on excellent service delivery but when it comes to it then we see how poor their service delivery really is. I would not recommend thia service provider to any business.
