MYTELNET RENDERS OUR BUSINESS CONTACT-LESS
Our PABX voice lines "dropped" around 07h56 on 020221, the second busiest day of the month.
We rebooted the voiceserver but no change, and then tried contacting MyTelnet via mobile phone (all their numbers) and also our dedicated MyTelnet contact resource.
Nothing changed for the next 4 hours and we tried contacting them again via all media - they seemed to intentionally avoid contact with us during all of this time..
In the backdrop of all this *******, we actually have a voice (and data) DR fai*****...but guess what, the fai***** failed!
