Mytelnet IP phone calls-beware
They don’t tell you about all their costs and how it works, they charge you twice for 1 ipphone call, you HAVE to buy airtime and you have to pay them again again using your fibre ,per call according to their customer care!!!

Thank you for your post,
We apologise for the misunderstanding in your agreement with Mytelnet, however as explained to you it is impossible to use your Fibre to dial out, you have to have minutes added to your account,
I understand this was not communicated effectively to you and I will ensure this matter addressed with our Sales team,
Thank you
