Why pay for comedy when MyTelnet is available... Company's reputation is way overrated as supposed ICT vendors... Waiting since March 2019 to get back a line which was ported to them in error...paying dearly for our mistake

I would like to start off by saying, that out of our many business practises, accountability is certainly highly regarded to us, while we believe as your service provider you are indeed due service that you are completely satisfied with, there are somethings beyond our control.
Your number was released on multiple occasions however it was not successfully accepted by your service provider who is hosting that number. We unfortunately could only release the port.
Nevertheless, being a valued customer we had exhausted multiple avenues to sort this matter our with your provider and successfully resolved the matter.
With that being said, your satisfaction is our number one priority and therefore we thank you for your honesty, no feedback is bad feedback to us, as this helps us to improve and grow to ensure you get the best of us.
