We have provided you with all the information required as well as took you through all steps of cancellation, we also informed you in advance on your cease service date and ensured you were ready to terminate prior to us cancelling, You have confirmed the cancellation date and we proceeded, 

As we have advised you your new provider has not requested your number to be ported this being the reason for your business missing calls, this has nothing to do with Mytelnet nor our service offering as you are no longer a client of Mytelnet
