2 months ago recently requested a fibre service upgrade via MyTelnet, our ISP. In their usual methodical and swift mindset, they processed the request and exceed the ETA implementation.

Then, we had to move to a new site, and asked them to transfer the service and also move our setup from site1 to site2. Again, that exceeded the alright tight ETA, and they continue to wow us with their service delivery, technical support and people attitude....and provide solutions for our business.
