Great technical service

Hi, I would like to commend Leon Reddy for his excellent service in assisting me in my technical issues. He always answers my calls and never says he will log a ticket and get someone to call me. He always makes an effort to resolve my issues even when he is not working( weekends and after hours). I would like Mytelnet to acknowledge his work.
