Great customer service

We experienced a technical issue on the second day of our change over. The technician, Reenesh Ramawthar, who had been in the previous day and performed our change over, took my call as a standby call before 8am. Although the call was not related to his work he actioned it immediately. As our business relies heavily on phones, I subsequently made a call to the sales representative Shani Reed at 8am and was very impressed to find that she was aware of the issue already and was following up. This in itself was a pleasant experience as most sales representatives disappear after the paperwork is signed and sealed! I hope we don't have any further technical issues, but feel confident that if we do, the problem will be dealt just as expediently and professionally. Both Reenesh and Shani are a pleasure to deal with, patient, polite and professional even in spite of the fact that I was extremely tense about the technical issue and it's potential impact on our business!
