Customer satisfaction
Mytelnet has provided great service. Yesterday a tech came out to install my fax but had some issues doing so, the manager called me and promised that he would have it sorted out in the morning and today he came out himself and fixed it. Its nice to see a manager take time to come out and visit. Leon and Zee gave us great customer service today and helped with neatening up our cables. I hope this service can continue in this fashion.<br> <br> Cheryl Pillay (GRM Direct)
