Back to Square one... Excruciatingly Bad Service.
Some problems you might encounter when using Mytelnet,
-Service delivery issues to rival the government -Installation issues (being months behind schedule) -Constant issues with VOIP (if you use the service) -Constant issues with emails not reaching the intended person -Constant issues with emails not being received -Management ignoring your emails -Support not responding -Your Sales rep over promises like the ANC at election time and will disappear as soon as the sale is done (must know that service is shocking)
Please know that this is not a full list as that would take days to summarize. N.B They will coach you to write a good review and give you service enough to keep you happy for a month or two before it all goes down hill.
