Always Good service

I would like to commend Leon on another job well done. I reported a fault with my phones last week and no one responded. I spoke to Leon this afternoon and he was here even after hours and sorted out my phones. He mentioned that he is now managing the onsite team and will make sure our issues are responded to within 24 hrs. I think i am going to give Mytelnet one more chance and would like to not cancel my services with you guys provided the service remains good.<br> <br> Thanks<br> Reece
