Refund on extended warranty
Morning
I took 2 year extended warranty with Mysure in September 2020 which totaled amount R12800 and now its been 8 months since i took it an I would like to cancel it and requesting the refund to be paid to me or directly to my vehicle finance, unfortunately mysure its telling me that my refund will be R3500. This is ridiculous and doesn't make sense. Can some one intervene.

A full refund is only applicable in the event of a policy being refunded in 30 days, yours is 282 days old and a pro-rata refund is applicable, as per policy wording. By law MYSURE in not allowed to pay the money to you as your vehicle is under finance with a bank.
