Paying for nothing bad product

My husband took cover for extended warranty on our vehicle when we bought the car and we than took a policy for extended warranty this was done in good faith. Now when we try to claim are are advised that because we missed one service after the vehicle was bought in 2018 even though that other services was done after the one that was missed they are rejection the claim. The issue with the car got nothing related to service of the vehicle. I am so disappointed why must I pay for their service then because this money for the policy was added to our purchase of the which means that it increased our installments for the vehicle for what nothing

Good day.

The vehicle traveled 46 021km before it was serviced by the policy holder.

As per policy wording:
EXCLUSIONS: Vehicles that have not been serviced according to manufacturers specifications from policy inception.

Don't hesitate to contact us.
Thank you.
