Limited cover and bad service

I purchases a R 10,000 warranty policy on a vw tiguan . I was told to take my car to a certified dealer after I sent them a qoute. They waisted my time telling me that switche for a faulty windscreen wiper motor wasnt covered in their policy. Their claims adminastrator could have told me that from the word go but he still told me to take my vehicle to the dealership and waisted my time and money getting uber lifts etc only to be told that the R 10200 part wasnt covered. Mysure will find any excuse to not cover their warranty policy. I would caution anyone not to take a warranty policy going foward. Their warranty policies are expensive for limited 1 year to two years and they dont cover much so be careful.
