Contradictory, Unprofessional and ********* Claims Handling by MySure

If I could give less than a 1 star review I would. Our experience with MySure has been nothing short of appalling: After submitting a fully documented claim supported by professional reports confirming mechanical failure and further evidence that the failure was not due to progressive wear as the vehicle had been assessed by the same turbo specialist 2 months prior and the boost pipe replaced MySure has spent the last few days twisting terminology and contradicting themselves. Initally rejected due to progressive damage and then saying it was a part that had worn due to normal wear but not failure and then again today referred to failure clearly contradicting themselves as an excuse not to pay the claim. Despite all reports and facts submitted, MySure continues to ignore these facts. With the latest rejection, they once again refer to failure based on the assessors report but provide no measurements photographs or technical proof to support their position, while dismissing factual evidence placed before them by us as the client. They rely on the assessors "evidence" that we would have noticed a lag in boost, which when this occured in September the vehicle was taken to Turbo Surgeon, assessed and the boost pipe replaced with no further issues since. This invoice and report provided to them stated that the turbo was within spec. The communication is dismissive, contradictory and evasive at every turn. It feels as though MySure is simply looking for an excuse not to pay, regardless of the evidence. This is *********, unfair, and competely at odds with the Policyholder Protection Rules requiring fairness and transparency. I would strongly advise anyone considering MySure to think twice. Their handling of claims has demonstrated a complete lack of integrity, accountability and customer care!
