Poor service delivery

<p>I have been trying to get my DSTV connected at Scarlet Park Centurion and Atec are the only guys who can do this. I moved in on 25 February and had to wait for monday the 27th to call them for connection. They said i need to apply first which I did on the same Monday and I had to pay R550 connection fee which I paid on the 1st of March first thing in the morning as i did not have an account number. I had to call numerous time to get them to come to my place for connection, when they eventually came they told me the fibre optic cable was damaged they have to call in specialist. i have been doing follow ups until Monday when they said they will come after 5pm. I asked to leave work early in order to be home by 5pm but they never came and I never got a call explaining why. Till today my DSTV is still not connected and I dont even have the energy to call them again. Its a pity that I cannot connect my own satelite dish because the complex does not allow that</p>
