Poor Service

recently took a fiber contract with MyOwn ISP and when is loadshedding the fiber line also get affected ,I raised this with the service provider and I was told that the estate need to get their own backup

Thank you for your response.

The battery back must be supp**** by your Estate, not the ISP. Once this is done by the Estate, we as the ISP will make sure you stay online during load shedding. Until then, there is not much we can do.

Please note that Gateway Manor has no power in the server room during loadshedding. This means the internet will not work if the server room is not powered up, regardless if your home is powered up during that time.

Only when your Estate powers up the server room during load shedding will you then have the internet.
