Myown ISP’s poor service

I am very frustrated and disappointed with the service I am getting from Myown ISP. I have been struggling for 4 days to get my connection sorted out. The connection keeps dropping and speeds are slow. I have logged 4 tickets and called numerous times. No one is getting back to me. The call centre line is also no longer working and just drops.
