Disastrous Fibre ISP.

Subscribed in May for 10mbs up and down. Encountered numerous internet outages and Buffering and Freezing on every channel every day. E-mailed complaints on a daily basis and received responses from Robots. Eventually Rian Van Zyl suggested I upgraded to 20 mbs.which I agreed to in May. I encountered the same problems and instructed them to downgrade me back to 10 mbs on 1/06/2021 and a Robot refused to do until end of June! This service is a complete disaster and there is no way I can get any response from their management.
