MYOPENCLOZET

I purchased a garment from MYOPENCLOZET which was delivered by the courier guy on the 23rd of December. On the same day I sent an email to request an exchange of the garment because I was not Happy with the quality of the dress and the workmanship. I paid R1600 for that dress and they are refusing to exchange my dress for something else or my money back!!! This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable!!! Do yourself a favour and don’t buy from MYOPENCLOZET!!!! Terrible Customer Service. They don’t care about their clients and I will never buy from them Again!!!!! Total ****
