I'm very disappointed with the lady that assisted me with my data contract upgrade I clearly told her the amount and data they are offering for my upgrade is too much I need a lesser amount and data but guess what today when I checked my telkom app my number has been upgraded to the very amount I declined I don't know whether they are so desperate for sales that they sign people to what was not aggred on,tried to contact telkom as they'll be the ones deducting but still no help I want cancel it or I won't pay😡😡😡😡😡
