Zero customer service

<p>I logged a call regarding my slow speeds. The technicians came out to my place, had a look, and said that the manager will be in contact regarding the way forward. To this day I have still not received a call back, my speed are still horribly slow, and every time I phone support I get the same "I will contact my manager and get back to you" story. Absolutely horrible experience, and would not recommend the company to anyone!!!</p>
