Worst ISP

Signed a contract for a 40/40 line at in Feb. Found out recently that they are not able to provide me with that service after months of paying them for it! Customer services is pathetic and unhelpful, the call center gentleman I spoke to shouted at me on the phone. After conversation with the accounts department I was assured that my next payment would be reduced for the downgrade i was forced to have, still got charged the fee I had been paying all these months!
