Slow Internet

<p>Last year when last I complained about my slow internet, it was going well for a couple of days and then the trouble started again.</p> <p><br />For the last two weeks I have been logging calls and getting having no luck with anything. Mbps comes and goes and drops to below 1Mbps for hours on end. My ping to HiTec goes as high as 251ms and we have terrible lag when playing online.</p> <p>It feels like complaining is getting me nowhere and again I am in a position where I regret that I ever took this package. For my R799 a month I really got a raw deal.</p> <p>I am fed up complaining and need this issue resolved please.</p>
