Really go the extra mile

<p>I ordered the cheapest package possible from Hitech Sure (MyIWeb). At the installation of the dish, they discovered that my house actually falls outside their closest base station's range and that my antenna was under powered. So they ordered a greater antenna and even upgraded my router (although this was not necessary) and spend many hours trying to assist me.</p> <p> </p> <p>After installing the greater antenna, I was still not happy with the speed I got so I asked for a refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>Although they could not provide a decent internet connection to my house (because I am out of range), I will still recommend them to other people as I feel these people really go the extra mile to try to help. Their packages are good value for money and I found their staff very friendly and helpful. They also fully refunded all the money I had paid without any handling fees, admin fees, arguments, complaints or other surprises.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will reconsider their network any time if they provide coverage for my area.</p>
