POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I appalled that after so many years I have been with MYIWEB now I am experiencing such horrible service, I have been experiencing horrible connection and I have called several times about the issue and still it hasn't been resolved, they fail to even notify me when there is an issue. I called in last week to let them know that my internet keeps buffering constantly I can hardly watch my programs properly. They said they will contact me in 48 hours to set up a day that the technicians to come through and see what is wrong and so forth, needless to say it is a week later and I still haven't received that call. I am now truly fed up.
